My Diet Plan
I have weighed myself and the scale (The relief!) show no signs of movement on that number but the shape of my tummy and my pants tells me otherwise. So here’s plan..
- Lessen rice
STOP eating chocolate- Lessen my consumption of chocolates.
- Always ask for non-fat.
- Start running again.
- No more midnight snacks after 8.. 10.
- Water. Water. Water.
Yeah that should do it.
Ate 2 hershey’s kisses while doing this.
